I completed my Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy at Centennial College and Medical Acupuncture at Mc Master University.
My practice is focused on helping you return to pain-free life and optimal well-being. I believes that there is no pain too small or too complex. Over the years,I developed an interest in treating chronic tension, sciatica, postural dysfunctions, stress relief and arthritic pain.
My approach to massage therapy incorporates general Swedish massage, deep tissue release and trigger point therapy. This encourages deep relaxation necessary for the body to heal.
